Youth Training

Kids of all ages train at Cold Iron.

Our youth training program is a unique opportunity for young athletes to get into game shape while learning the technique that will be required of them at the high school level of sports and beyond.

The youth program consists of body weight movements mixed in with agility and plyo-metric movements. Currently we are working with a group of youngsters from 9 to 13 years of age. Based on your age and abilities you can be promoted to the advanced groups.
